Privacy and discretion is very important to us. Your data is 100% secure. We only use it to follow up with services you request from us. It is not passed on to any third party.

What data is collected?

If you register as a member, we will collect the following information:

- Your name

- Your e-mail address

- Your phone number which is only used to call you if you book one of our services to discuss information related to your event

- Key information about your event, so that we can best adapt our proposals to you;

- Occasionally other information related to customer surveys and/or offers

None of this information is ever passed on to a third party.

 

How data is being collected?

We only keep the information that you give to us. 

 

We use a Visitor Analytics app with the sole purpose of improving the content on our site. This provides us with the user’s IP address and information on where they are from, how they came across our site and what pages are visited. None of this information is stored on our servers.

How do we store your data?

We store contact details and information about your event in personal events files that are stored and protected by Office 365. Our website and all information it collects is powered by Wix. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

 

What are we doing with the data?

The information you give us is used specifically for putting together personalised proposals for event services. We may in the future send out occasional information messages which we think will be of interest to you. If not, you can easily unsubscribe.

 

What about online payments?

It is possible to pay for certain services online. This is powered by PayPal or Stripe who both take security and privacy very seriously. All direct payment gateways offered by Riviera Organisation adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. We do not keep any credit card information on our servers.

 

How can you control your data?

You can modify your personal information on your personal membership page. We do not store copies or backups of changed information. If you would like us to erase your information from our servers, please send an e-mail to events@fivieraorganisation.com.

 

Future changes to our privacy policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. This policy is effective from 16/05/2020.
