This is a party surrounded by mystery and intrigue that will complement all the class and elegance of the venue. Masquerade Photo Booth As soon as guests arrive, they will be offered a Venetian mask. This will instantly put them into the mood of the event and enforce the theme. They will then have an official photo taken immediately by our photographer. These photos will be available in a souvenir folder before the end of the evening. The Masquerade Photo Booth will be open during the cocktail and after dinner for more fun souvenirs. Photos can be printed instantly, sent by e-mail, or uploaded to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Azzurra During the cocktail, guests will be welcomed by 2 elegant female violinists in Venetian masks … who themselves have a secret that will be revealed later. The music would set the scene perfectly: classy yet contemporary with a Venetian theme. Later the same musicians will perform a dynamic stage show, as classical instruments are swapped by electric violins and the masks replaced by striking stage-wear. A final party set will step up the tempo to get everyone in the mood for the DJ after dinner. Serenata Throughout the early part of the evening, guests will encounter 2 mysterious waiters in masks who will enhance the theme of the event talking about the intriguing history of the venue along with interesting information about the food and drink and other delights. However, after the main course, they will make a brief speech … they will reveal themselves as outstanding tenor singers. Their first set will focus on audience interaction with well-known Italian influenced songs that fit the theme, like That’s Amore, Volare and the Brindisi drinking song from Figaro. After dinner, they will encourage dancing with a second short set feating the world’s best-known rat pack songs. Silhouette Artist This is an unusual style of close-up entertainment, very popular in Venice, that fits in well with the theme of secrecy and mystery. Silhouettes are cut out within minutes, then offered to guests on coloured card, to serve as yet another permanent souvenir of the event. We invite one of the top silhouettist artists in the region. Later he can also draw some fun caricatures of guests to offer an added dimension to the entertainment. Gold Circle Magician Magic shows have always been popular at gala events, and the barrier is continually being raised. We are proposing no ordinary magician, but one who is considered among the best in Europe for special events. Etienne has performed for VIPs, royalty and celebrities, and is one of very few magicians to be invited to join the select “magic gold circle”. Once again, his acts will focus on mystery and intrigue. He will perform close-up magic during dinner and a brief stage show later that will leave the guests breathless. Harlequin Then, we invite one of the most mysterious artists with the most unusual hidden talents. Kristalleon, the harlequin with a floating glass harp and mirror costume enchants with a fusion of light and sound including a symphony played entirely on wine glasses. DJ & Dancing There’s no better way to complete the evening, than with a packed dance floor and the energy created by all guests having a great time. Our DJ brings with him an enormous repertoire of over 10000 songs, and as always, he’s happy to take requests (within reason). He will also be working closely with all performers so that the whole music programme flows perfectly according to the mood and reactions on the night.

This is a party filled with music, dancing, interaction and shameless nostalgia as guests are transformed back to the rock’n’roll era of the 1950’s. As guests arrive, they will be immediately in the mood as an acoustic band set the scene with well-known singalong songs from the 1950’s. Alternatively, a Jerry Lee Lewis style pianist will be playing Great Balls Of Fire and other favourites on the piano. The first surprise will be when a 1950’s style cadillac draws up in front of the terrace … and out comes none other than Elvis himself. He will make his way to the event, interacting with the guests and pausing for selfies and autographs. Later he will perform a 15 minute show between courses. Our Elvis has won several awards and was a finalist at the recent International Elvis Tribute Festival in the UK. The room will be completely decked out in the style of the 1950’s, with a number of props and accessories highlighting the theme. The room would have references to an American diner, with various accessories highlighting the theme: American-style jukebox 50’s style cars Neon signs Posters & accessories Life-size cut-out models While guests are eating, DJ would play jukebox style hits. Guests would be able to make requests using an ipad on-site or their phones? DJ would play their requests with dedications if appropriate. A large video screen will be showing silent footage of events, films and iconic images from the 1950’s, including Marilyn Monroe, Grace Kelly, James Dean, Alfred Hitchcock, Winston Churchill, The Queens coronation and Roger Bannisters 4 minute mile. 4 dancers (2 couples) would perform a tight choreographed 5 minute visual rock’n’roll show based on a fast-moving medley (Jive Bunny style). The mix and the choreography would be put together especially for the occasion. Then the dancers will interact with the guests, showing them the essential moves to dance rock’n’roll as a couple. Finally, all guests are then invited onto the dancefloor to show off their new talents to a selection of 50s rock & roll classics. If the MC taps you on the shoulder then you are out until one couple is left we have found our Rock'n'Roll Champions !

Our client, Lucasfilm, had struck a sponsorship deal with the newly-formed Red Bull Racing Team and our challenge was to make it memorable. Anyone who saw that race will never forget the Stormtroopers changing tires in the pitlanes, Darth Vader in the paddocks, and even Chewbacca made an appearance on the podium. The French Riviera is known for it’s glitzy and glamourous parties. Guests will get a real taste of the jet-set lifestyle as they are treated like celebrities while they taste the good-life first-hand. VIP Welcome Straight away, guests will be thrust into the limelight … and the mood of the party, as they will walk along a red carpet and receive the same welcome as would the world’s top celebrities. A troop of 4 paparazzi will battle for their attention and greet them with camera flashlights. As soon as they have passed through the paparazzi, they will be asked to have an official photo taken in front of Hollywood style photocall. They will then follow the red carpet to their first glass of champagne. Glamorous Cover Shoot Have you ever wondered what your face would look like on the front page of a glamorous lifestyle magazine? Using the latest computer technology guests faces will be inserted seamlessly onto a famous magazine cover. The photo would be printed instantly and presented in a souvenir folder within minutes. To parody some famous magazine, we could create our own covers with references to your company or the event. The concept is based on the “Fantasy Photo” technology which is a twist on the popular photo booth concept. The booth would be open for the entire evening. Showbiz TV Bulletin Just like the most famous celebrity parties, there would be a glamorous TV presenter randomly interviewing guests for a fictitious Showbiz TV channel. Interviews would be brief and unobtrusive as the presenter aims to get an insight into how they are enjoying their celebrity status and the effort it took to get where they are. Overnight, the interviews would be edited down to a 2 minute showbiz news bulletin, voiced by a professional radio presenter. It would be available on YouTube the following morning or on a specially created Facebook page. The party would be the talk of the town. Celebrity Quiz Our in-house celebrity Richard Lee will host the evening and oversee the background music programme. At various stages of the evening, he will challenge guests with questions focussed on the glitz and glamour of the French Riviera and celebrity culture in general. For each correct answer, guests will win one (or several) fake casino tokens for their team. The table with the most tokens at the end of the evening will win a special prize. Beware … this is no ordinary quiz! The emphasis is on interaction and entertainment and guests may be tempted to show off their hidden talents!

The house singer in the Monaco bar was going through the motions - no doubt singing the same songs she does every single night. Little did she know she was just moments away from the highlight of her singing career. We had organised a celebrity fancy dress party. In one room were some of the most famous voices in the music industry but all heavily disguised and unrecognizable in outrageous 70’s gear. The singer looked mildly annoyed as she sang the opening lines to Stand By Me. One of the guests was helping himself to a cordless microphone and preparing for an unscheduled and unwelcome duet. The expressions on the singers face were a joy to watch - doesn’t this crazy guest sound a little like ... surely it can’t be ...my god it is him!!! ... and there she was singing a spontaneous duet with none other than Bono, one of the most famous singers of her generation.

Imagine a warm summer’s evening in the gardens of the region’s most spectacular venue. The murmur of conversation is rising just above the sound of the singer who’s reminding us that the living is easy and inviting us to fly to the moon. No-one in their wildest dreams is expecting the moon to start flying towards us. Then, out of nowhere, the most extraordinary thing happens! A giant moon rises on the horizon and starts moving towards us accompanied by the most dramatic soundtrack. In an instant, the whole audience is captivated. As the balloon flies nearer, the lighting changes, bringing to life an aerial performer moving effortlessly beneath. It’s a fusion of acrobatics and elegance, and it’s all happening right above everyone’s head. What is she holding in her hand? It all becomes clearer as the wedding cake is rolled out and the bride and groom get ready for the ceremonious cutting. As the moon graciously descends, the acrobat reaches out to offer the bride and groom a sword to cut the cake. And then she is gone, blowing a kiss then sailing off to an everlasting place in everyone’s memory.

In the corner of my eye I caught a glimpse of the Saudi bride gasping in delight. She’d never seen anything like it - and, quite frankly, neither had we. The guests were blown away, and it was the main talking point of a multi-million-dollar event in Marrakesh where we had brought in world-class entertainment from 7 different countries including a singer from Senegal, a DJ from Mykonos, a belly dancer from Egypt, and live bands from Bahrain and London. However, the most surreal moment came from the most unlikely of sources and the most inspired of ideas. Anyone who saw it will remember that moment forever. It set the scene for a week-end packed with festivities. The stars of the show were rather bizarrely, some Whirling Dervish dancers we had flown in especially from Istanbul welcoming in a dancing Arabian horse from Morocco. The deeply religious spiritual dancers and the horse twirled away gracefully in a symphony of beauty and wonder creating an emotionally charged electric ambiance unlike no other. This is just one of so many spectacular moments in the world of live events. Our purpose is not just to create exceptional event experiences, but also to facilitate those spontaneous moments that will last a lifetime. The result was a show that has never been seen before and will probably never be seen again.

Enchanté - An Elegant Entrance Live vocals and violin blend beautifully to bring jazz & classical ballads, creating the perfect atmosphere as guests arrive. The French theme can be developed with music from famous movies, such as “Amelie Poulain” and the sounds of established nightclubs such as Paris Dernière or Hotel Costes. The soundtrack will feature a mix of France’s most famous singers including Edith Piaf, Serge Gainsbourg and Charles Aznavour, while the costumes will be traditional yet fashionably burlesque. The Golden Age Of Paris The audience is invited to enjoy the thrills of this great cabaret experience, typical of the Paris tradition!!! The first journey revisits a classic period in Paris’s illustrious history. Two dancers will create a cabaret experience that is sophisticated and elegant, full of charm and sensuality in the best possible taste. Visual artists will add a touch of elegant yet sensual mystique. Sophisticated Paris! The second set highlights the Paris of today. Cool DJ's playing to the jet set, while glamourous sophisticated dancers seduce the late night party-goers. The soundtrack features re-mixes from the most famous Parisian nightspots such as Hotel Costes, La Mezzanine and the Buddha Bar. This will give the event an elegant contemporary feel, just like the famous Crazy Horse nightspot. For this set, there will be 3 or 4 dancers. The costumes will be trendy, tasteful and sexy, showcasing the best in Parisian fashion. Paris After Dark Here is a more uptempo dance set, that showcases the sound of Parisian parties of the present day. With the rise of superstar French DJ's such as David Guetta and Bob Sinclar, Paris has re-positioned itself as the centre of contemporary club music with it's own distinct style. These are the sounds that get people dancing all over the world. The costumes would be contemporary and eye-catching. Moulin Rouge The show climaxes with a visit to the most famous nightclub of all, and it's notorious ladies of the night. All dancers will perform a breathtaking show that starts with cutting edge music from the recent Moulin Rouge film. The set ends with a rocking electric version of the Can Can that will defy guests to stay in their seats.

This event conjures up all the excitement from the world of the movies, mixes in the chic, glamour and sophistication of the French Riviera. Guests are immediately transformed to the magical world of the cinema as soon as they step into the venue. The MC will set the scene putting the theme into context, adding some fun trivia about movies on the French Riviera and challenging guests with spontaneous quiz questions to encourage audience participation. Singers can serenade them with the world of cinema's most famous songs from legendary films like The Sound of Music, Jungle Book and Wizard of Oz. During the welcome drinks, they can have their photo taken ... and through the magic of computer technology they will be placed in a famous cinema scene or next to a well-known film star. The photo will be handed out in a special presentation folder as a souvenir As an alternative, a larger than life cinema themed photo booth can be created with accessories from famous films. Our Casino Royale offers a your own private casino - James Bond style but with an usual twist. Even the most reluctant gamblers will find it hard to resist the charm of these friendly professional croupiers who will guide you through games of poker, black-jack and roulette, in the most relaxed and friendly way. Using full-sized tables, and professional English-speaking croupiers, guests will risk their precious tokens as if it was their own money. Music would be provided by our very own Bond Singers performing a sassy tribute to the iconic songs from famous Bond movies, including Goldfinger, Diamonds Are Forever and Skyfall. Later, all 4 singers will accompany the DJ to kickstart the dancing with a mixture of contemporary dance hits and well-known party anthems. Our Bond magician will provide his own twist on close-up entertainment with some optical illusions and mind-reading mind-reading the would impress James Bond himself. France is one of the world’s most-famous wine producing regions, but while most people drink wine regularly, how often do you get a chance to really savour the taste and learn about what you are drinking? The wine casino is a fun way to discover fine wines and to learn how to appreciate them to the full. During the cocktail, there would be 2 wine tables, each with an experienced english-speaking expert who will encourage guests to taste the wine and bet on its colour or origin. Guests will learn about the different types of wine and their characteristics. How about offering guests, souvenir photos with a difference. All will be along the James Bond/Casino Royale theme. The men will be able to see how they would look as James Bond, while the women will be transformed into sexy Bond girls. Photos are printed out instantaneously and presented in personalised folders, so they will have the perfect souvenir of the event. For the private casino, there would be a roulette table, poker & black jack + 1 surprise table (operated by a magician incognito). All croupiers are English-speakers, and the emphasis is on fun. At the same time, the croupiers are giving invaluable tips which will help them for a future visit at a real casino. Spot prises can be given throughout the evening, or better still the most adventurous will be rewarded at a hilarious auction hosted by an English MC.
