You can navigate between different videos using the menu on the top left corner of the video. • Why work with an event professional?

How important is it to be in contact with native English-speakers with an international approach to organising events – meaning quick replies, helpful advice, detailed quotes, and your own personal event manager to accompany you through the entire planning process? Wouldn’t it be beneficial to have a knowledge of all the resources on the French Riviera, including its venues and professionals covering the whole spectrum of events? Wouldn’t you like to explore all the options available to you in different price brackets, rather than to be restricted to what specialist companies have in stock? Do you see the value in making sure that all elements fit together perfectly, and that there is no piece missing? The researching, analysing and communicating in advance is paramount to the success of any event. During the event, who will be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly? Someone needs to take on this role and surely you don’t want to have to worry about this during the event itself. Who will check that everyone is fully-briefed, co-ordinate with the entire event team and make sure that all the elements fit together perfectly? You may think you can save money by contacting individual artists and suppliers direct, but this is often a false economy. A professional event planner can save you more than their fees through careful negotiation with suppliers, and checking that there are no unnecessary costs or overlaps. You’ll be surprised how much money is saved on this alone. Let your event planner work out the best possible price and explain to you the value of each additional euro. You will be reassured knowing that you can make decisions with an overview of the full budget plan, anticipating every detail and every cost. Working with Riviera Organisation means having your own personal on-site specialist. We become a strategic partner who’s part of your team sharing your motivations, challenges and goals. We are confident we offer an unrivalled quality of service, peace of mind during the event and excellent value for money. We are your local experts embracing the French Riviera and all the potential it has to offer your event. We are your added value that is greater than the sum of the parts. We are the spirit behind hundreds of successful events, creating joy, goodwill and exceptional experiences.

  • Dance Shows

Here's a selection of some dance shows that will add a sparkle to any event at this venue. You can navigate between different videos using the menu on the top left corner of the video. Dancers are a particular good option to develop a theme like La Belle Epoque, Gatsby, Disco Fever or Arabian Nights - to name but a few. For your event, we would use the dancers in several different ways: They can welcome guests upon arrival dressed in character; They would perform one or two short choreographed shows between courses during dinner; Later they would freestyle with the DJ to kickstart the indoor party later. Incredibly, it's possible to create an ice dance show with a synthetic dance floor and award-winning artists. 5 popular dance themes: Ballet dancers Brazilian Fiesta (with feathered dancers and capoeira acrobats) Arabian Nights (with belly dancers) Burlesque or Moulin Rouge Disco Fever For more entertainment ideas, please visit our main entertainment showcase or jump to the next page for ideas on visual shows.

  • The Secret Garden

As we wondered through the enchanted garden, full of mystery, intrigue and seductive elegance … could this really be the same venue where we enjoyed our VIP dinner just 24 hours earlier? The transformation is incredible! With an army of staff working overnight, the forest framework is put in place, then the furniture and accessories are added as if it’s a work of art. Finally, the lighting is fine-tuned to make everything look spectacular. For one night only, the guests are treated to stunning violinists in masquerade costumes, a harlequin playing a symphony on wine glasses, LED butterfly dancers floating elegantly around the garden and breathtaking visual acrobatic performances. Then the following morning, everything was gone. 8 months planning, 18 hours building for a 6-hour party. The world of events is both ephemeral and eternal. Short-lived but everlasting for those who were present.

  • Rock My Yacht

When the phone rings at 2am in the morning, it’s either a problem or an opportunity. Fearing the worst, I took the call and that was the end of my night’s sleep and the start of a whirlwind 24 hours. One of our best clients wanted to host a party on-board a yacht later that same day... in Majorca. My first thought was to say it was impossible which of course it seemed at the time, but this is not a client to say no to, and in our line of business our job is to deliver the impossible. The client wanted a live band, dancers and a theme. The first challenge was to collect together the people to make the party... in the middle of the night. We brought in live performers who had been working with us the night before and went for a Gatsby theme with pre-choreographed sets plus an improvisation to the client’s favourite song. By 4am, the team was in place and thanks to the wonders of the internet and our skilled back office team, the travel arrangements were made within an hour, even if we were flying from 3 different cities and had to take a long winded route to be sure of connecting to Palma de Majorca in time. In the morning, there was the small matter of all the audio-visual material. Fortunately, we had an established contact with a local yacht management company, and we knew exactly what material was needed on this yacht. We also managed to source some decorative elements to complement the theme. Miraculously, everything was ready in time, but as I was waiting for the guests to arrive, I couldn’t help wondering who in their right mind would want to put together a party at such short notice? It turned out that there were only 2 guests attending this party: the yacht owner and the lady he was about to propose to. Thankfully she said yes, which cued enormous celebrations and tears of joy (and relief) all round.

  • Meet Our Event Superstars

Peter - Senior Project Manager Escaped the UK for a 3 month summer job in Antibes, and he’s still here over 30 years later. Almost sacked as a radio presenter for playing Cliff Richard in public but redeemed himself by allegedly reciting every single UK number one hit in chronological order. As a DJ, he spent hours observing the dynamics of events and the strange ways that people react to music and entertainment. He is an ardent supporter of Watford FC which is ten times more nerve wracking than even the most demanding event. Caroline - Managing Director Fully trained for the most difficult situations through a career involving wild elephants, savage wolves, teenage daughters and penguins. Guaranteed to be a success at whatever she puts her mind to, she is now the spirit behind all our events making sure they all have a conscience built on goodwill and good values with a responsibility that stretches far beyond the events themselves. In her free time, she plants flowers with a mission to improve the fragrances of the luxury perfume industry. She is also singlehandedly saving the world for the third time. Karolina - Project Manager Born in Germany to Polish parents then raised in Canada and now living is a France, rumour has it she can do simultaneous translations in 123 languages faster than Google. She is Riviera Organisation's living hard drive with instant recall of anything that has ever been published or even spoken of in the events industry. She prides herself in having quotes ready even before the clients have thought about contacting us Anthony - Project Manager Back in 2020 after a self-imposed 4 year hiatus in French Caledonia. He sensibly worked out that the best antidote to his high intensity start to his events career was to spend valuable time playing beach volleyball and swimming with turtles. He now plans to make up for lost time working an eight day week. Serge - Technical Manager If ever Mr Grumpy had an illicit affair with Einstein’s offspring, you be left with a lovable species affectionately known as nounours (teddy bear). Nounours are commonly seen tinkering with old machines, soldering cables to create a revolutionary gizmo that no one can see any use for until the day of the event when it single-handedly saves the day with technical wizardry that defies science. Richard - Entertainment Manager Our entertainment consultant is from the family behind the world’s first global DJ superstar, responsible for 3 UK number one hits and an international million-seller. Not bad for a cartoon rabbit. He is the creative energy and charisma behind so many events, with enough ideas to fill the Royal Albert Hall. He loves designing themed events as it gives him the perfect opportunity to put on an outrageous costume. Jo - Technical Manager Born into a family of event professionals, he joined the Riviera Organisation team in 2020 without a clue what he was letting himself in for. His mission is to make sure all our events are set-up tidily, on-time and to our high standards, which he still finds more relaxing than staying at home with a baby. His secret to staying calm on-site is to take out all his frustration on the rugby pitch. Honorary mention Mark - Co-Founder While everyone else was thinking of breaking into local bars, he was plotting global domination. He identified the potential and set out the long-term vision for the company. He left the company before reaching his goals in a brave attempt to become the next Terry Wogan. He has since reinvented marketing in both radio advertising and superyacht sales.

  • The Flying Moon

Imagine a warm summer’s evening in the gardens of the region’s most spectacular venue. The murmur of conversation is rising just above the sound of the singer who’s reminding us that the living is easy and inviting us to fly to the moon. No-one in their wildest dreams is expecting the moon to start flying towards us. Then, out of nowhere, the most extraordinary thing happens! A giant moon rises on the horizon and starts moving towards us accompanied by the most dramatic soundtrack. In an instant, the whole audience is captivated. As the balloon flies nearer, the lighting changes, bringing to life an aerial performer moving effortlessly beneath. It’s a fusion of acrobatics and elegance, and it’s all happening right above everyone’s head. What is she holding in her hand? It all becomes clearer as the wedding cake is rolled out and the bride and groom get ready for the ceremonious cutting. As the moon graciously descends, the acrobat reaches out to offer the bride and groom a sword to cut the cake. And then she is gone, blowing a kiss then sailing off to an everlasting place in everyone’s memory.

  • A Kaleidoscope of Colour

The venue is already stunning: beautifully lit and the perfect backdrop for an exceptional event – but locked inside the building are a million secrets and an enthralling story waiting to be told. Suddenly the lights go out and the building comes to life, taking on a personality of its own. The façade becomes a blank canvass for the most striking imagery; a kaleidoscope of colours; a masterful work of art; and music so beautiful and powerful that it touches the soul. For a few action-packed minutes, it feels as if time is standing still with everyone becoming immersed in the most compelling of shows; lost in a 3D visual experience with powerful graphics, live performers, climaxing with a digital firework show. While applause rings around, the garden erupts with a cascade of sparkling pyrotechnics. A spectacular finale to an incredible 3D visual experience.

  • An Intergalactic Experience

“You can’t do it unless you imagine it.” George Lucas A long time ago in a principality not so far away, the dark forces from the Galactic Empire rose to invade the Monaco Grand Prix. Our client, Lucasfilm, had struck a sponsorship deal with the newly-formed Red Bull Racing Team and our challenge was to make it memorable. Anyone who saw that race will never forget the Stormtroopers changing tires in the pitlanes, Darth Vader in the paddocks, and even Chewbacca made an appearance on the podium. It was the climax to the series of high-profile events with Lucasfilm to mark the launch of the latest Star Wars movie in Europe. “I wanted to convey my sincerest thanks and gratitude for the superb job you performed on our Star Wars – Episode III events … You should definitely take pride in knowing your efforts went a long way … which I’m convinced was a big factor in our success across Europe.” Sean McGinn, Lucasfilm

  • Arabian Nights

In the corner of my eye I caught a glimpse of the Saudi bride gasping in delight. She’d never seen anything like it - and, quite frankly, neither had we. The guests were blown away, and it was the main talking point of a multi-million-dollar event in Marrakesh where we had brought in world-class entertainment from 7 different countries including a singer from Senegal, a DJ from Mykonos, a belly dancer from Egypt, and live bands from Bahrain and London. However, the most surreal moment came from the most unlikely of sources and the most inspired of ideas. Anyone who saw it will remember that moment forever. It set the scene for a week-end packed with festivities. The stars of the show were rather bizarrely, some Whirling Dervish dancers we had flown in especially from Istanbul welcoming in a dancing Arabian horse from Morocco. The deeply religious spiritual dancers and the horse twirled away gracefully in a symphony of beauty and wonder creating an emotionally charged electric ambiance unlike no other. This is just one of so many spectacular moments in the world of live events. Our purpose is not just to create exceptional event experiences, but also to facilitate those spontaneous moments that will last a lifetime. The result was a show that has never been seen before and will probably never be seen again.

  • Fit For A Prince

In fairy tales, the princes always seem to get the happy ending, but let there be no doubt, this was a hard earned victory of which Prince Albert was particularly proud. The stakes were high, but even after 20 grueling questions and numerous spontaneous challenges, the two top teams were still gridlocked with nothing separating them. It came down to a sudden death tie-break, even more nerve-wracking than a World Cup penalty shoot-out. Still nothing could separate the top two teams which included royalty, billionaires, global business owners and sports superstars. The final challenge resulted in the most unlikely spontaneous concert that anyone present had ever witnessed. We decided the winner was going to be decided by a sing-off with each team captain selecting a song of their choice. His serene highness was taking no chances, and up he stepped to perform the most heart-warming and pitch-perfect rendition of Elvis’s “Can’t Help Falling In Love With You”. The rapturous applause meant the final result was in no doubt. The prince’s team were worthy champions. Even though the regal responsibilities increase every year and more so with mariage and children, Prince Albert has always found space in his diary for the legendary quiz nite and has always been a fierce competitor.

  • The Unwelcome Duet

The house singer in the Monaco bar was going through the motions - no doubt singing the same songs she does every single night. Little did she know she was just moments away from the highlight of her singing career. We had organised a celebrity fancy dress party. In one room were some of the most famous voices in the music industry but all heavily disguised and unrecognizable in outrageous 70’s gear. The singer looked mildly annoyed as she sang the opening lines to Stand By Me. One of the guests was helping himself to a cordless microphone and preparing for an unscheduled and unwelcome duet. The expressions on the singers face were a joy to watch - doesn’t this crazy guest sound a little like ... surely it can’t be ...my god it is him!!! ... and there she was singing a spontaneous duet with none other than Bono, one of the most famous singers of her generation.

  • Masquerade Ball

This is a party surrounded by mystery and intrigue that will complement all the class and elegance of the venue. Masquerade Photo Booth As soon as guests arrive, they will be offered a Venetian mask. This will instantly put them into the mood of the event and enforce the theme. They will then have an official photo taken immediately by our photographer. These photos will be available in a souvenir folder before the end of the evening. The Masquerade Photo Booth will be open during the cocktail and after dinner for more fun souvenirs. Photos can be printed instantly, sent by e-mail, or uploaded to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Azzurra During the cocktail, guests will be welcomed by 2 elegant female violinists in Venetian masks … who themselves have a secret that will be revealed later. The music would set the scene perfectly: classy yet contemporary with a Venetian theme. Later the same musicians will perform a dynamic stage show, as classical instruments are swapped by electric violins and the masks replaced by striking stage-wear. A final party set will step up the tempo to get everyone in the mood for the DJ after dinner. Serenata Throughout the early part of the evening, guests will encounter 2 mysterious waiters in masks who will enhance the theme of the event talking about the intriguing history of the venue along with interesting information about the food and drink and other delights. However, after the main course, they will make a brief speech … they will reveal themselves as outstanding tenor singers. Their first set will focus on audience interaction with well-known Italian influenced songs that fit the theme, like That’s Amore, Volare and the Brindisi drinking song from Figaro. After dinner, they will encourage dancing with a second short set feating the world’s best-known rat pack songs. Silhouette Artist This is an unusual style of close-up entertainment, very popular in Venice, that fits in well with the theme of secrecy and mystery. Silhouettes are cut out within minutes, then offered to guests on coloured card, to serve as yet another permanent souvenir of the event. We invite one of the top silhouettist artists in the region. Later he can also draw some fun caricatures of guests to offer an added dimension to the entertainment. Gold Circle Magician Magic shows have always been popular at gala events, and the barrier is continually being raised. We are proposing no ordinary magician, but one who is considered among the best in Europe for special events. Etienne has performed for VIPs, royalty and celebrities, and is one of very few magicians to be invited to join the select “magic gold circle”. Once again, his acts will focus on mystery and intrigue. He will perform close-up magic during dinner and a brief stage show later that will leave the guests breathless. Harlequin Then, we invite one of the most mysterious artists with the most unusual hidden talents. Kristalleon, the harlequin with a floating glass harp and mirror costume enchants with a fusion of light and sound including a symphony played entirely on wine glasses. DJ & Dancing There’s no better way to complete the evening, than with a packed dance floor and the energy created by all guests having a great time. Our DJ brings with him an enormous repertoire of over 10000 songs, and as always, he’s happy to take requests (within reason). He will also be working closely with all performers so that the whole music programme flows perfectly according to the mood and reactions on the night.
